Breast Form and Breast Shaper Size Charts

Find-your-feel-good-fit-1420×623-

Choosing the right size breast form or breast shaper can make a big difference to comfort, balance, and how naturally your bra sits. The right fit should feel secure, comfortable, and supportive without adding unnecessary pressure.

Below you’ll find sizing charts for both full breast forms and partial breast shapers. These charts are designed to give you a helpful starting point when choosing the best size for your body and bra.

What is the difference between a breast form and a breast shaper?

A breast form is usually used when more complete breast shape or volume is needed. It can help restore balance after a mastectomy or where a fuller form is required inside a pocketed bra.

A partial breast shaper is used when only part of the breast area needs extra shape, fullness, or balance. This may be helpful after a lumpectomy, reconstruction, unevenness, or natural changes in breast shape.

How to use these sizing charts

Start with your usual bra cup size and underbust measurement. Find your cup size on the left side of the chart, then move across to match your underbust measurement. The number shown in the chart will guide you toward the recommended breast form or breast shaper size.

For partial breast shapers, the bottom rows of the chart show how the recommended number translates across different Balance shaper styles, including Delta, Oval, Ellipse, Varia, and Aqua Wave.

Full breast form size chart

Use the full breast form size chart if you are looking for a breast form that provides fuller coverage and shape. This is often the best starting point when choosing a prosthesis after mastectomy or when you need more complete volume inside your bra.

Partial breast shaper size chart

Use the partial breast shaper size chart if you need extra balance, contour, or fullness in a specific area rather than a full breast form. Partial shapers are commonly used to help even out shape and improve the way clothing and bras sit.

Need help choosing the right size?

Every body is different, so these charts should be used as a guide rather than a final answer. Your best size may depend on your bra style, surgery type, breast shape, and where you need support or balance.

If you are between sizes, unsure of your current bra size, or choosing a breast form or breast shaper for the first time, we recommend getting in touch before ordering. Shine Breast Care can help guide you through the options so you feel more confident choosing the right fit.
