This bra is designed with medically effective high pressure to support lymphatic drainage. By increasing interstitial pressure, it helps manage edematisation on the thoracic wall and chest area. For those requiring total stability, the Pamela features a hook-and-loop fastener flap at the middle back. This allows for the easy attachment of an Anatomical Belt, which helps keep implants in place and provides necessary compression to the upper breast area during the healing phase.

To ensure ease of use during the early post-op period, the bra features a front zip closure. This allows for easier access to the surgical site for dressings or inspections, while hooks and eyes underneath the zip provide extra security. A built-in zipper protector is also included to prevent irritation and ensure the highest level of comfort against sensitive skin.
